After a verified deletion request, we delete account credentials, customer profile information, contact and delivery details, food preferences, notification tokens, and service data that is no longer required.

Billing, payment, recharge, transaction, delivery, fraud-prevention, dispute, and accounting records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. Access to retained records is limited to those purposes, and the records are removed when the applicable retention period ends.

8. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may request to:

Customers can open Account & Privacy in the app and select Request Account Deletion. You can also submit a request through our public Account Deletion Request page.

We verify that the request belongs to the registered customer before processing it. We normally process verified requests within 30 days and will contact you if additional information is needed.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page along with the updated effective date.
